This year four political parties have ballot lines: Conservative, Democrat, Republican, and Working Families. Party officials can assist candidates with collecting signatures. List of Offices Up For Election and Current Office HolderĪll candidates affiliated with a political party have until April 6 to collect the required signatures from their fellow party members.Chautauqua County Board of Elections (BOE) MAIN.From a RP stance, it's a great build.Ĭhat to the group and get back to us, I'm interested to see how it turns out.Information for the 2023 Local Elections for Jamestown and the Chautauqua County, NY area.Įlection Day is Tuesday – November 7, 2023 The more time they travelled together, the more they came to see each others point of view. He kept trying to convert me, and I kept using my pets to mess with him (in very innocent ways, didn't want to cause a rift in the party), like sometimes he'd wake to a skeleton gently brushing his hair and gazing into his eyes. There was a paladin in my party, and the dynamic between us was phenomenal. I truly loved playing my character, and if I could have continued on with him, I would have. Plenty of necromancy spells can heal you as you dish out damage, so you've a lot more options. This all makes your character less of a back line spellslinger hoping not to get engaged in combat, but much more useful in combat. You've got a decent con bonus on top of the natural armour, and your raised 'pets' have a nice damage bump. I played a lizardfolk necromancer, and the lack of int stat bump doesn't really matter too much. It made me happy and was a more affective tank than any other wizard I’d played. Thanks to hungry jaws, life steal from the necromancer feature and some very lucky death saving throws (3 nat 20’s) he managed to alert a character in the overarching campaign to the would be covert assassins and that led to our main characters being informed early that the wizards we where working with had been infiltrated and partially corrupted.Īmazing side quest, but all of us where level 3 wizards and i was the frontline in the normal campaign so this was my attempt at a low level front line wizard. Booming blades with a dagger and his jaw attack kept his damage respectable and although it’s not the best front line imaginable, I played this particular character on a side story arc of a larger campaign. He used false life before combat, and finished enemies with sickening ray if he was missing actual health. He started cracking out booming blades and when someone was low, spells started being used. This allowed my lizard wizard (also a necromancer) to engage in melee combat. Now I’m no expert in what a wizard can or can’t do, however my dm allowed me to sacrifice my background proficencies in exchange for shield proficency. Which would be yet another reason he doesn't wanna do the whole die thing everyone's so fond of.Īnyways, that's what I was thinking, thoughts? He thinks it would also be an insult to have your body used against your original intention. Now there might be a slight problem with undeading enemies as he considers it an honor for your body to continue use, but I think I can work around it. He doesn't want to be rotting carcass along the way. He wants to continue living as long as he's able. Which would be his secondary motivator to Necromacy, he doesn't wanna just be a useless husk of nothing rotting on the ground. It would be an insult to not use their corpses in the most useful way possible, to him, in the vast majority if times, that would be resurrecting people and using them to support his rise to might. it would be too bad to let these people's bodies go to waste, there is so much more to be done.:"so he just starts making undead. Lizardfolk don't have moral qualms with much of anything, and dont like wasting things. Now, the roleplaying reasons I was thinking was Lizardfolk could fit well with Necromacy. And skeleton's, depending oncircumstances, can be better then Zombies. Not as good as the mythical Tortle, but pretty damn solid if I say so myself.īeyond that they have proficiency in survival, which can be helpful in Necromamcy since I could deflesh stuff a lot easier. BUT they have a really solid natural AC, so I wouldn't have to use mage armor and waste a spell slot. They don't have any Intelligence boost nor natural spellcasting abilities. So I had the idea a while back and thought I'd share it.
